Allergens and Special Dietary Requirements
We take allergens and special dietary requirements into consideration and are happy to accommodate individual requests regarding vegetarian menus, diets, and other needs. Normally, we base adjustments on our existing menus, which are modified as far as possible.
To ensure we can meet these requirements, we kindly ask that you inform us no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. If requests are only communicated on the day of arrival, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate them. In cases of particularly severe allergies, we need to assess whether they can be accommodated and emphasize the importance of stating this clearly in the booking.
Please note that we place great emphasis on allergens and special dietary requirements and strive in every possible way to meet our guests’ needs. However, we cannot guarantee 100% safety and therefore emphasize that this is at your own responsibility and requires cooperation between our guests and staff.
